Study of the Effects of Roll Motion on Transverse Stability of a Small Boat

Abstract

The aim of our paper is to study the effects of roll motion on a transverse stability of a small boat. Roll frequency will be calculated and analyzed for reducing motion sickness based on stability criteria and optimization technique. The practical solution of ship roll motion will be also investigated in our paper.
